Return Period You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your request. Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging and all included accessories. Return Shipping Costs If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on your part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
